About
Enjoy learning about neuroscience-informed psychosensory techniques and developing skills for Havening practice. Study at your own pace, with support and input from me, Carol, to help you build a strong foundation in Havening. This training is 16 hours in total and has a structured curriculum. The time is divided into five workshops of 3 hours each and a one-hour meeting. Workshops are 1:1 or can be groups (if you prefer all 1:1 that is fine). This is a film of one of the workshops and it also holds Project 1. Active and passive learning techniques are used, focusing on progressive and continuous exploring and learning. This includes live demonstrations, learning activities, interactive sessions, using projects, reading, studying video examples of the Havening Techniques in use, practising Havening and reflecting on what you learned and flipped learning, such as when you share Havening with your practice partners and clients. Between training sessions, you will be reading about Havening in the Primer and Procedural Guide, completing the Science Review, exploring the main concepts and classic Havening Techniques through self-havening and facilitated-Havening. You will be uploading your case studies (5 at a time works well) and videos and responding to your reviews.
